Beleef 't Domplein

The Municipality of Utrecht asked me to develop an identity for a one-off event in which newly renovated Domplein was to be reopened. The various associations that are located on Domplein had prepared activities for this event that thematically revolved around the rich history of Utrecht.

The images in the artwork are places and sculptures on Domplein that refer to people or events from Utrecht history and Domplein. These images can also be found on the Domplein square for the visitor. The colour red is of course instantly recognisable for most locals as it is also the colour of the traditional city-crest.
